OUR TRAINING
In 2018 we obtained the ACC certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest global coaching association.
In 2019, we joined the 360 Coach Academy in Lugano as Partners and Trainers, contributing to the training of new professionals and the creation of personal development courses.
Our training journey continues with the Practitioner program at the POINTS OF YOU® Academy and, in 2021, with the PCC recognition at ICF.
A year later we completed our specialization as Caregiver Coaches at the Health and Medical Coaching Institute - HMCI.
From the very beginning, we understood the value of following complementary paths: Isabella specializes in Medical Coaching, while Sara dedicates herself to Identity Coaching, two approaches which allow us to work in an even more targeted and authentic way on personal development.
Today Coaching4You is the meeting point between experience, trusted relationship and vision, where listening turns into action and dreams they become concrete projects.
The courses are available in Italian and English, always maintaining the same human and professional quality which has distinguished our work for years.
